When you are enrolled and logged in on the AlexRenew Customer Care Portal, you can use a checking or savings account to setup automatic or one-time payments with no processing/convenience fees.
When paying through our One-time Guest Web Payment option or by phone through our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system at (703) 721-3500, processing/convenience fees are included, currently:
- $1.95 for Residential accounts, maximum credit/debit card transaction amount of $250.00
- $15.95 for Non-Residential accounts, maximum card/debit card transaction amount of $2,000.00
